About Sitharaman
I am Sitharaman Ganesan, CMA, with a B.Com (Hons.) background and over 25 years of corporate experience with leading FMCG companies including Nestlé and Kraft Heinz.
My professional journey has given me extensive practical exposure to Finance, Accounting, Business Performance, Operations and Management. I now want to bring this experience into the classroom and help students understand not only what they learn, but why it matters.
I enjoy simplifying concepts, using real-life business situations and encouraging students to ask questions and think beyond the textbook. My aim is to help students build strong fundamentals, confidence and an early understanding of the corporate world.

My classes are designed for Class XI–XII Commerce students and B.Com students who want strong conceptual clarity, better examination preparation and an understanding of how business works in the real world.
I believe Commerce should not be about simply memorising answers. I explain the concept first, then connect it with practical examples from my 25+ years of experience with Nestlé and Kraft Heinz.
Classes will cover Accounting, Finance, Business Studies and Management Accounting, with structured preparation, problem-solving, revision and exam-oriented practice.
Students will also gain an early understanding of how Finance, Accounting and Business decisions are actually made in a corporate environment.
My approach: **Understand the concept → Apply it → Prepare for the examination → Connect it to the real world.**
