About Psychologue Ines
I am a clinical psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and experience supporting people in developing a better understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their personal patterns.
My approach combines psychological knowledge with evidence-based tools from positive psychology, personal development, mindfulness, and other psychological approaches. I believe personal development is most useful when it is grounded in a realistic understanding of how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life circumstances interact.
My goal is to offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can reflect on your experiences, identify your strengths and resources, and work toward meaningful personal goals. Rather than offering generic advice or one-size-fits-all solutions, I adapt our work to your individual needs, pace, and objectives.
