About Amy

I believe now more than ever, a solid nursing program that helps enrich clinical practice is essential to improving care we deliver to our patients. In my current role I provide regular in-service education sessions to registered nurses, physiotherapists and members of the MDT. I’m a key contact for providing education to ICU nurses. I have a passion for education and advancing practice having completed two postgraduate certifications and am currently completing my Master of Nursing qualification. The healthcare environment is a dynamic and evolving environment with consistently growing demands on nurses to provide increasing complexity care to patients. Using my existing knowledge and experience teaching registered nurses in the hospital setting, I would love to support and help you establish your nursing career. From new graduate nurses to supporting more advanced practice and everything in between.

About the lesson

I’m here to share my knowledge and experience and support developing nursing practice. I’m here to answer any and all of your questions from theoretical practice to patient assessment and can support you with hands-on patient assessment if that’s where you’d like to develop your skills further.
