About Katelyn
I have taught music lessons since 2012. I come from Indiana, where I studied oboe through high school and sang in choirs my whole life. I came to the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music to study oboe, voice, and music education; where I graduated with a degree in music education in 2019.

I have a holistic approach to music education. I want children to enjoy music first so they are able to understand and apply the concepts they learn more naturally. I am very gentle with my words. I am understanding and easygoing while still expecting a high standard of work.

Details
Moderate cancellation policy: Please notify me within 48 hours if student is unable to make the lesson. Student will be charged 50% of the lesson rate if cancelled between 24-48 hours, and 100% if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
