About Marina
Graduating with an MMus in Violin from the Yale School of Music in 2021 prepared me for the rigors of performing in the New York Philharmonic. You will find that I prioritize sight reading, posture and hold, and music theory in our work. I specialize in spiccato and staccato bowing, tone production, and ear training to ensure technical precision.
My focus remains on classical repertoire and ABRSM or Trinity grade exam prep. You are welcome to contact me for a monthly progress report shared with parents. Please reach out if you would like to begin.

Students often struggle with bow tension when they first start their practice sessions. It is an honest confession that even seasoned performers must constantly monitor their physical form to remain relaxed.
