About Sandra

Hello, and welcome. I am a Christian Grief and Life Coach who supports individuals and families navigating seasons of grief, transition, and change. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward—and are seeking support that honors both their faith and their emotional well-being.

My work is forward-focused and values-based. Coaching is not therapy or counseling, but a collaborative process designed to help clients gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and take intentional next steps. Together, we focus on goal-setting, perspective, and practical strategies for navigating life with greater steadiness and purpose.

My approach blends structured coaching tools, mindset awareness, and faith-informed reflection. I offer a supportive and respectful space where clients can explore challenges, clarify priorities, and move forward at a pace that feels manageable and aligned with their beliefs.

I work with clients who want to:

Reduce overwhelm and regain a sense of direction

Navigate life transitions with greater clarity and confidence

Strengthen boundaries and decision-making

Reconnect with values, purpose, and hope

My coaching style is compassionate, collaborative, and ethically grounded. I maintain clear professional boundaries and encourage clients to seek licensed mental health support when clinical or therapeutic care is needed.

My coaching integrates solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and rational emotive approaches with deep emotional awareness. This means we don’t just talk—we identify patterns, build practical skills, and apply them in real life.

With a background as an elementary school counselor, special and general education teacher, and human resources manager, I bring structure, compassion, and accountability—without judgment.

If you are ready to move forward with intention and support, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

About the lesson

I support clients who are ready to: Navigate major transitions with clarity and confidence Set meaningful goals—and follow through consistently Overcome self-doubt, burnout, and limiting beliefs Strengthen boundaries and nurture healthier relationships Build a life that aligns with their values, vision, and strengths My coaching style is compassionate, intuitive, and results-oriented. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your truth, uncover what’s holding you back, and step boldly into the next chapter of your life. If you’re ready to grow, stretch, and become the most empowered version of yourself, I’m here to walk with you—every step of the way.

What You Can Expect in Our Sessions:

*Thought-provoking questions that expand your perspective
*Tools and techniques tailored to your needs Space to process, reflect, and realign
