About LAN
This course is for beginners who want to learn Chinese calligraphy, Chinese as well as Chinese culture. Having learned Chinese calligraphy during my childhood, I have been practicing this art for a long time. My level is certified (9/10) by the National Calligraphy Association of China. With very solid practical and theoretical foundations, I can teach you several styles of calligraphy such as regular style (Kaishu), clerical style (Lishu) and semi-cursive style (Xingshu).

You will learn the use and maintenance of calligraphic tools (the four treasures), the rules of writing, the basic features, etc. With a lot of patience and good willingness, I would like to share my knowledge and know-how with all those who are interested in Chinese culture and Chinese art.
