About Tonika
I deliver high-impact, entirely online mentoring sessions for children and teenagers focused on building real-world resilience, self-regulation, and elite organisational habits.
My professional background offers an exceptionally rare, multi-industry framework. I combine over 13 years of elite childcare and international governess experience with a 7-year international career in corporate project management. Alongside this, I bring extensive specialist expertise as a professional Investigator, Crisis Prevention Manager, and Youth Support Worker.
Crucially, I am a certified Mental Health First Aider with deep hands-on experience supporting young people through complex behavioural journeys, neurodiversity (including Asperger’s disorder), and social inclusion challenges.
This unique blend allows me to bridge the gap between childhood development psychology, structured project tracking, and high-level analytical logic.

What I Focus On Online:
• Executive Function & Time Management: Teaching teenagers how to plan, schedule, organise their weeks, and hit personal goals using real-world corporate project management frameworks.
• Navigating Behavioural Journeys: Supporting parents and children through difficult behavioural phases, school inclusion challenges, or social anxieties using 13+ years of hands-on expertise.
• Confidence & Communication: Drawing from my extensive background in corporate directing and public speaking to coach young people in active listening, self-advocacy, and starting new school settings.•
Behavioural Journeys & Mental Wellbeing: Providing a psychologically safe, confidential virtual space to help young people navigate social anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-esteem challenges using certified mental health frameworks.
My 45-minute virtual sessions require zero homework or test preparation. Instead, they provide high-value personal development and life-skills coaching that fits seamlessly into your family’s evening or weekend schedule.
