About Zayn
I am a chess tutor with 7 years of experience and a B.A in Cognitive Science along with an M.Sc in Strategic Analytics. I specialize in teaching strategic thinking, tactical execution, and competitive preparation. I teach beginners the fundamentals of movement and tactics, intermediate learners positional evaluation and calculation, and advanced learners tournament strategy and advanced endgames. Lessons integrate puzzles, games, and guided analysis to foster skill, confidence, and strategic insight. My teaching philosophy is adaptive, patient, and student-centered. Beginners build foundations, intermediate learners refine strategy, and advanced learners achieve competitive readiness. Feedback is personalized, continuous, and constructive. Lessons develop critical thinking, mental discipline, and independent reasoning. Outside teaching, I study chess theory, master games, and strategy literature to enhance lessons. Lesson structure adapts to each student’s level. Beginners strengthen rule comprehension, simple tactics, and safe move planning. Intermediate learners refine calculation, strategy, and multi-step planning. Advanced learners focus on competitive readiness, deep positional insight, and tournament simulation.
