About Rishan
My interest in Chemistry began with curiosity about how substances react and change in different conditions. This led me to pursue a Master’s in Chemistry, where I developed strong knowledge of chemical principles and applications. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students understand Chemistry through clear explanations and structured lessons. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge while supporting students in building confidence.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and adaptability. I simplify complex ideas using examples, diagrams, and step-by-step explanations so students can understand easily. I also encourage students to ask questions and think independently, which helps them build deeper understanding. Creating a comfortable learning environment is important to me because it allows students to learn without fear.
I continue exploring new developments in Chemistry and improving my teaching methods. Watching students grow from confusion to confidence is very rewarding. Many learners begin with hesitation but gradually develop strong understanding and interest. Helping them achieve this progress and feel confident in their abilities motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Chemistry becomes easier when students understand the reasons behind reactions instead of memorising formulae without clarity. In my lessons, I focus on topics such as atomic structure, chemical bonding, reactions, and periodic trends using simple and structured explanations. I break each concept into smaller steps so students can follow easily and build their understanding gradually. I also use real-life examples like cooking, cleaning products, and environmental changes to show how Chemistry is part of daily life. This helps students connect theory with practical situations and makes learning more interesting.
Lessons are planned based on the student’s level and comfort. Beginners focus on basic concepts such as atoms, molecules, and simple reactions. Intermediate learners study equations, bonding, and reaction types in more detail. Advanced students work on problem-solving, numerical questions, and exam preparation techniques. I include regular practice and guide students step by step so they can apply what they learn and improve steadily. Clear feedback helps them correct mistakes and build confidence.
As students progress, they begin to see Chemistry as a logical and engaging subject. Many learners develop curiosity and confidence as they understand how substances interact and change. This growth helps them feel more comfortable with complex topics and improves their academic performance. My goal is to make Chemistry simple, clear, and interesting while helping students build strong confidence.
