About Kiera
I have 9 years of experience teaching chemistry to students at various levels, from high school to university preparatory programs. I hold an M.Sc in Physical Chemistry and Biochemical Analysis, which equips me with both theoretical depth and practical understanding. This background allows me to explain complex topics clearly, connecting theory to application.
My teaching approach focuses on engagement, clarity, and step-by-step reasoning. I create interactive lessons where students feel supported and encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop strong problem-solving skills. Visual aids, real-world examples, and exercises ensure lessons are both understandable and stimulating.

Chemistry lessons become captivating when students see how molecules interact, reactions unfold, and materials transform. Lesson plans are tailored to student proficiency. Beginners explore basic atomic concepts, periodic trends, simple reactions, and balancing equations. Intermediate learners cover chemical equilibria, acids and bases, redox reactions, and introductory organic chemistry. Advanced learners study reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy, advanced kinetics, and analytical problem-solving techniques. Practical exercises, discussion, and structured guidance help learners internalise complex concepts and gain confidence.
Chemistry lessons also strengthen analytical thinking, attention to detail, and systematic reasoning.
