About Nina
Hey! My name is Nina and I have just completed a BSc Chemistry (Hons) degree at the University of St. Andrews. I am a passionate and engaging tutor who is able to explain difficult concepts in a clear and simple manner to students of all ages. I have previously tutored Chemistry (GCSE/National 5 and A-level/Highers) and Maths (GCSE/National 5) taking students from a D in the mock exam to an A grade in the final exam. I completed my secondary school education in Scotland where I achieved 6 A's at National 5, 5 A's at Higher and 1 A and 2 B's at Advanced Higher. Subjects studied were Biology, Chemistry, English, French, Geography and Maths. Furthermore, I have achieved a distinction in ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory and ABRSM Grade 6 piano practical.
