About Skye
I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering and have 8 years of experience teaching students at various academic levels. My journey in Chemistry began with a strong curiosity about how substances change and interact in different conditions. Over time, this curiosity developed into a passion for teaching and helping students understand the subject in a clear and meaningful way.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, structure, and patience. I believe that every student can understand Chemistry if it is explained in a simple and logical way. I break down complex topics into smaller steps and use examples to make them easier to follow. I also encourage students to ask questions and stay actively involved in the learning process, creating a positive and supportive environment.
Outside of teaching, I stay updated with new developments in Chemistry and enjoy exploring how concepts apply to real-world situations. Teaching Chemistry is fulfilling because I see students grow in confidence and understanding. Helping them move from confusion to clarity and achieve their goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Chemistry becomes easier and more interesting when students understand the reasons behind reactions instead of memorizing them without clarity. My lessons focus on building a strong foundation in chemical bonding, reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, and numerical problem solving through simple and structured explanations. I guide students carefully through each concept so they can understand how and why reactions occur. I use relatable examples such as cooking processes, environmental changes, and everyday materials to make learning more meaningful and easier to remember. Each lesson creates a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring ideas and asking questions.
I design my lessons based on each student’s current level and learning goals. Beginners start with basic concepts like atoms, molecules, and simple reactions using clear step-by-step explanations. Intermediate learners focus on balancing equations, reaction types, and calculations with guided practice. Advanced students explore organic chemistry, thermodynamics, and equilibrium in greater depth with detailed analysis. Practice problems, revision sessions, and continuous feedback are included to ensure steady progress and deeper understanding.
Chemistry also helps students develop strong analytical and logical thinking skills. As they begin to understand patterns in reactions and calculations, they gain confidence in solving more complex problems. Many students start to enjoy the subject once they realize its connection to real life. My goal is to make Chemistry clear, engaging, and intellectually satisfying so students feel confident and capable in their learning journey.
