About Kelsi

I have successfully tutored students from middle school through college level students with my tutoring philosophy. My goal for the end of each session is for the student to feel the confidence in the subject to take on an exam/quiz.

About the lesson

Math and science (specifically chemistry) are best learned through practice. Sessions will start with going over what you are learning in class, see where the gaps may be, and then start working on practice problems! First together and then independently.

Rochelle is a great student! She is dedicated to learning her classes and feeling confident in it. I can tell she takes avid notes and is truly trying to understand her material. She thrives with a tutor that supports her through examples but also gives her the opportunity to work through it solo with the tutor stepping in for minimal corrections. Overall, she is great to work with!

Norma is a great student who is very attentive during sessions. I can tell she is really trying to learn and comprehend what we are reviewing. When asked questions she may not know, she will always try to give an answer based on her current knowledge, which shows she is never willing to give up! She is a great student.
