About Bethan
Having just completed my A-levels in Chemistry, Biology and French, I can definitely understand and relate to the stress of exam season. I want to support you through your academic journey and show you what you are truly capable of achieving. As a future Biochemistry undergraduate, I love the subject of Chemistry, while acknowledging that it can still be difficult at times. My goal in tutoring is to enable you to enjoy studying Chemistry as much as I do, and to grow your confidence enough to be able to overcome any challenges you face. No matter what grades or targets you are hoping to achieve, it would be a pleasure to work with you to get there - and I look forward to seeing your potential!

I am pleased to offer hour-long tutoring sessions for Chemistry or students up to and including GCSE and AS level with a primary focus on building exam technique and confidence to help you to achieve top grades. I will support you in developing a strong foundation of knowledge to apply to exam questions, and our lessons will be fully adapted to your style and needs as a learner. Particularly for younger students, I encourage a fun and curiosity-driven learning experience, through activities and application of scientific concepts to the real world. I have 2 years of experience tutoring in languages from Key Stage 1 - GCSE as part of the Language Leaders programme and have previously taught extension STEM content to sixth form students as leader of a society.
