Hello! My name is Umair, and I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and results-driven Finance Manager with over 12 years of extensive experience in the corporate financial world. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading multi-entity financial operations for prominent groups boasting revenues upward of $200M+.

My professional journey has given me deep, practical expertise across a wide array of critical domains. I specialize daily in IFRS/IAS financial reporting, complex consolidations, Oracle NetSuite implementations, post-acquisition integrations, and ensuring strict VAT and Corporate Tax compliance. Why I Want to Teach:
