About Jas
I am a professional engineer by qualification, but I have always had a deep-rooted interest in health and well-being, inspired by my Indian heritage. This curiosity led me to explore human anatomy and understand how yoga connects with the body from a scientific perspective. What started as a personal interest gradually turned into a passion, and I pursued learning yoga with a focus on its therapeutic benefits. Through this journey, I discovered the powerful relationship between physical health, mental calmness, and yogic practices. Now, I am motivated to teach yoga and share this knowledge to help others achieve better health, balance, and a peaceful mind.
