About Vaishali

Namaste! I’m Vaishali Tomar, a qualified Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga and 6+ years of teaching experience.

I started my yoga journey in 2016 and have taught students both online and offline. My teaching combines traditional yoga knowledge with a practical, personalized approach designed around each student’s body, goals and experience level.

I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and therapeutic yoga practices for concerns such as back pain, high blood pressure and PCOD.

My online sessions are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. I focus on proper alignment, breathing, mobility, strength, relaxation and mindful movement rather than simply following a routine.

Whether your goal is to become more flexible, build strength, reduce stress, improve posture, support women's wellness or develop a consistent yoga practice, I create sessions specifically for you.

I teach in English, Hindi and Punjabi and welcome students from India and around the world.

My online yoga classes are personalized 1-to-1 sessions designed around your goals, fitness level and lifestyle.

Depending on your needs, a session may include yoga asanas, mobility work, pranayama, relaxation and mindful movement.
