About Sucheta

I'm a movement lover who is passionate about helping people slow down, and live in alignment with their own rhythm.

I bring together tools from many worlds like ancient wisdom, psychology, yoga, somatic tools. Blending them in ways that fit you. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all path, but a personal toolkit you can carry forward into every part of your life.

My work is rooted in the belief that joy isn’t an afterthought, but a sign of living a life that is HEALTHY + WHOLE.

About the lesson

My approach as a teacher is grounded in both lived experience and research. With a background in Kinesiology and a Master’s focus in health and behavior change, I bring together yoga, somatic movement, and psychology to support not just how you move, but how you connect with your body, your motivation, and your daily habits. Each session is shaped around your needs, energy, and goals, creating a practice that feels realistic and supportive in everyday life.

A typical lesson begins with grounding and breathwork to help you shift out of a busy, thinking state and into your body. From there, we move through intentional sequences that focus on awareness, alignment, and ease rather than performance. I include gentle somatic techniques to help release tension and support your nervous system. Sessions close with guided stillness or reflection to help you absorb the practice.

My teaching style is calm, flexible, and trauma-aware. I focus on creating a space that feels safe, and supportive, where you can move at your own pace and build trust with your body. I also include simple tools for motivation and habit-building to help you stay consistent beyond the session.

These sessions are ideal for those feeling disconnected from their body, dealing with stress or looking to build a more meaningful relationship with movement and well-being.
