I am a certified yoga teacher with 6 years of experience in the field of wellness and self-improvement. My teaching approach combines traditional yoga practices with modern methods, emphasizing breathing, proper body alignment and inner calm.
I believe yoga is for everyone, either experience or fitness. My goal is to guide my students in a safe and supportive practice, helping them to build their strength and flexibility, both in body and spirit. ️
