About the Yoga Nidra Class

Duration: 60 minutes

Each Yoga Nidra session is carefully designed to help you achieve deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Class Flow:

️ Opening (3–5 mins): Gentle centering with a short Gayatri Mantra or calming breath awareness.
️ Breath Awareness (5–10 mins): Simple Pranayama to relax the nervous system and prepare the mind.
Gentle Stretching (5–10 mins): Light movements to release tension and help the body settle comfortably.
Yoga Nidra Practice (30–35 mins): A guided meditation while lying down, including body awareness, breath observation, visualization, and deep relaxation techniques.
Closing (5–10 mins): Gradual return to full awareness, followed by a few moments of reflection and intention setting.
