About Shatakshi
I believe that every person carries emotions, experiences, and untold stories that shape the way they think, feel, and live. Sometimes we become so disconnected from ourselves that we stop understanding why we feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unhappy.
My purpose is to help people reconnect with their inner self in a safe and compassionate space where they feel truly heard and understood. I do not believe in judging emotions — I believe in understanding them. Often, our fears, insecurities, and emotional patterns are connected to deeper experiences or our inner child, and healing begins when we gently become aware of them.
I work closely with individuals to help them build confidence, emotional strength, self-awareness, clarity, and a healthier mindset. My approach is warm, empathetic, and deeply personal because every healing journey is unique.
For me, helping people is not just work it is something I genuinely care about from the heart. Seeing someone slowly become happier, lighter, more confident, and emotionally free is the most meaningful part of what I do.

I am a certified Yoga and Meditation practitioner, Healing with Arts certified coach, and currently pursuing my Masters in Psychology. Alongside this, I work with NGOs and hospitals where I help people navigate emotional struggles, stress, self-doubt, anxiety, and personal challenges with compassion and understanding.
For me, coaching is not just about giving advice it is about truly listening to people, understanding their emotions, and helping them reconnect with their inner self. I believe every emotion we feel has a deeper story behind it. Sometimes the fears, insecurities, or patterns we carry are connected to experiences we have never fully understood or healed from.
My approach focuses on emotional awareness, mindset transformation, inner child healing, confidence building, and self-growth. I help people explore their deepest thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space so they can better understand themselves and move forward with clarity and strength.
I am also a writer and children’s book author, which has taught me the beauty of empathy, imagination, and human connection. I believe healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood.
My goal is to help people become more confident, emotionally balanced, self-aware, and genuinely happier while achieving the goals they truly desire in life.
