About Sunil

I've always wanted to teach — Martial Arts, Yoga and Chess. Not just as fitness or sport, but as a way to reconnect young Indians with something that's always been ours.

These practices — Kalaripayattu, Yoga, Mantra Meditation, Chess — are part of our cultural roots. They shaped generations before us. I believe they're just as relevant today, and my work is about bringing them back into the lives of young people in a meaningful way.

I believe in the holistic growth of every student — training the mind through Chess, the body through Kalaripayattu, and the spirit through Yoga and Meditation. That's not just a philosophy. It's how I build every program and approach every session.

I've trained for over 1000 hours in Yoga (RYT & AYUSH Certified), practice Kalaripayattu, MMA and Kickboxing, incorporate Mantra Meditation into my teaching, and hold a Diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition.

I train students in person — kids, teenagers, adults, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Every student gets a program built around their level, their goals and their pace.

About the lesson

Training with me covers five areas:
Yoga — Breath, alignment, flexibility and mindfulness. Rooted in authentic practice, structured for your level. (1000+ Hrs RYT | AYUSH Certified)

️ Mantra Meditation — Integrated into sessions to build focus, calm the nervous system and deepen the practice.

Kalaripayattu — Traditional Indian martial art taught with its original technique and discipline intact.

Kickboxing & MMA — Progressive, structured combat training for fitness, skill and self-defense.

Ayurvedic Nutrition — Practical guidance on eating for your body type and training goals. (Diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition)

Sessions are one-on-one or small group. We begin with breathwork, move into the core practice, and close with meditation or cool-down. Timings are flexible.
