* Curved fingers, steady wrist
* Key names + black-key patterns
* Simple rhythms: quarter, half, whole notes
2. Techniques
* Finger independence: 5-finger drills
* Legato vs staccato practice
* Hands-together coordination (small patterns)
* Basic pedal: lift–press with chord changes
3. Lesson Flow
* Start with 5-note positions (C, G, F)
* Easy songs: hands separate → hands together
* Introduce simple chords (I–V–I)
* Reading skills: intervals, small patterns
4. Finger Practice
* Daily 5-finger patterns in C, G, F
* Simple Hanon exercises (slow, relaxed)
* Repeated notes + 1–3–5 patterns
5. Scales
* Begin with: C, G, F major (1 octave)
* Add: D, A, E major
* Minor: A and D minor
* Hands together when steady
