About Sylvia
Passionate about movement and the human body, I have been practicing Pilates for more than 13 years. I then became passionate about aerial disciplines 7 years ago and since then I have made it a job as well as a passion. I am a certified Polestar Pilates studio, and a first level teacher of Aerial Physique method.

Athletes of aerial disciplines and pole dance can train with me both for strength and flexibility, to improve their exercises with the apparatus.
