About Kierra
I was born and raised in the fitness industry which caused a lot of stigmas around health and the physical body. Throughout my years of reconstructing the conditioning around exercise, I became a NASM certified personal trainer.
I also feel like it’s important to include other aspects of health when you’re focusing on changing your life and becoming healthier. We can’t just look at one aspect and assume we’ll feel better. There’s many different aspects to include.
This is why my path brought me to reiki. I became a reiki master after extensive training and feel drawn to helping people connect the aspects of wellness so people can prosper into their best selves.

Often times people view physical health separate from mental, emotional, and spiritual health - but that is not the case. Overall wellness means taking every aspect into account. Practitioners on either side tend to neglect how interconnected the dimensions of health are. To feel fulfilled, we must take into consideration all of these aspects; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, environmental, occupational, and financial.
