About Uttam

I am Uttam Kumar, a certified yoga instructor with over 12 years of experience in teaching yoga and helping students transform their lives. My journey with yoga began in 2014 when I founded Utteern Yoga. Since then, I have been dedicated to teaching various styles of yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Traditional Yoga.
I specialize in providing personalized yoga sessions tailored to individual needs, whether it’s for weight loss, stress relief, back pain, or overall well-being. My classes focus on improving physical health, mental clarity, and inner peace through asanas, meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness practices.
I have worked with diverse students, from beginners to advanced practitioners, in group settings, private sessions, and corporate wellness programs. My teaching emphasizes alignment, breath awareness, and building a strong mind-body connection.
