As a certified Balanced Body instructor holding credentials in Mat, Reformer, and Movement Principles, I bring a deeply anatomical and mindful approach to every session.
Based in Montreal, I combine my technical expertise with a natural talent for connecting with both children and adults. I believe fitness should nurture both the body and the mind; therefore, I carefully tailor the intensity of each class to support your mental clarity and emotional well-being.
