About Simon

The piano has accompanied me through life since I was six. In addition to private instrumental lessons, I received separate piano lessons at the music grammar school throughout my entire school career. Building on this, I successfully completed my studies in school music at the University of Music Würzburg, where I majored in piano, with the state examination in January 2020. During this time I was able to gain a lot of practical piano experience, be it in the field of solo or chamber music concerts, teaching pupils of different ages or previous experience or accompaniment of choirs and soloists.

About the lesson

My lessons are primarily based on your musical expectations and needs. Based on this, I let my ideas and methods flow in meaningfully so that the teaching method and the learning pace are individually adapted to you and you can get the greatest possible benefit from it. No matter what your goals are - whether you just want to "strum around" a bit, get to know the great masterpieces or prepare for a piano entrance exam: We will find the right piano program for you :). It doesn't matter which musical genre you are enthusiastic about or want to get excited about. From the large repertoire of classical music to predominantly chord- and rhythm-based rock / pop music, I also adapt to your preferences here. Of course, if I am interested, I always include the necessary music theory, which is particularly advantageous when improvising. Simon gibt unserem Sohn Nachhilfe in Latein (9.-10. Klasse Bayern). Innerhalb kurzer Zeit hat Simon es geschafft, den Sohnemann soweit auf die Spur zu bringen, dass er das zunächst verfehlte Klassenziel in der Nachprüfung doch noch erreicht hat. Die beiden verstehen sich prima. Simon kann gut auf seine Schüler eingehen, fordert aber auch eigenständiges Nach- und Vorbereiten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank Simon!
