About Suzy
I’m a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people start their fitness journey and build healthy, sustainable habits. Having overcome my own fitness challenges, I understand how intimidating it can feel to begin from scratch. Whether you want to improve strength, boost endurance, or develop functional fitness, I’ll guide you step-by-step with personalized, engaging, and effective virtual training programs.
I’ve completed events like Tough Mudder, where I trained for strength, endurance, and agility, so I bring real-world experience to designing dynamic workouts that are both challenging and fun. My training philosophy focuses on functional fitness, core strength, and progressive improvements tailored to your current fitness level and goals.
When I’m not training clients, I enjoy exploring theme parks, solving puzzles in escape rooms, and traveling to discover new art and culture. I bring this spirit of adventure to every session, creating a fun and motivating environment that makes fitness exciting and rewarding.
