About Pamela

My fitness journey started over 10 years ago, but, in the beginning it was all over the place! No matter what I was doing, I was getting injured, feeling weak and uncomfortable with my body and as a result I had no motivation.
I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and in that moment I realized I needed something to change. I started my own journey with a personal trainer and started understanding my body and its needs. That changed my life! I stopped getting injured and felt strong confident and beautiful again. I wanted to share how this focus on exercise saved me with other people.

About the lesson

I firmly believe in personalized training. Every body is not only anatomically different, but has had different experiences throughout life, why train it based on social media trends or one-size-fits-all workouts? Whether you are just starting, already active, a recreational athlete or an older adult, I will help you build strength, improve movement, enhance performance, or just feel better during daily activities, I will help you get the body you need to live the life you want.
