About Simone
Movement has always been my medicine. It’s something I’ve relied on to heal, grow, and thrive. Coupled with my love for teaching, I found my path in personal training—and I’ve never looked back.
In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, I launched SteedFit Personal Training PTY LTD to help people take control of their physical and mental well-being through online training and group classes. That same year, I embraced motherhood and earned my Personal Training Diploma, so that I was equipped to guide pregnant and postpartum women safely back into fitness, starting with myself first.
Now, as a mother of two, I’m deeply committed to a lifestyle that prioritizes movement, strength, and nourishment, not only for my own health but to be the best version of myself for my children and clients. 83% of my clientele have been women—women who are seeking to feel strong and confident in their skin again whether retired or as a busy professional. I understand the unique challenges women face in their fitness journeys, and always ensure that approaches are realistic to their unique situations.
In addition, I also hold a Bachelor's in Biotechnology and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. My method blends proven principles with an understanding that every individual responds differently to fitness strategies. I take pride in creating customized experiences that align with each person’s unique goals and needs.

I offer a holistic, personalized approach to fitness, cultivating confidence in a supportive, engaging environment. Specializing in women 30 and up, I design flexible exercise plans based on detailed fitness assessments, ensuring progress without the guesswork. While carefully structured, these routines adapt to your evolving needs, ensuring each session challenges you while honoring your progress. For medium to long-term goals, I conduct monthly review meetings to address concerns and track your progress toward achieving your long-term objectives.
In-Person & Online Services include the following:
- 1:1 Personal Training
- 2:1 Personal Training
- Nutrition Coaching
- Small group Online Pilates Class with 3 to 6 people
Personal Training can be completed on a monthly basis, or as a 3 to 6 month program for a more specific outcome. Please note that I only take on clients committed to at least 5 sessions for the month.
