About Manglemba
Hi, I’m Manglemba Keisham, a passionate boxing coach and fitness trainer with over 9 years of experience in boxing and athletic training. My goal is not only to teach boxing techniques but also to help students build confidence, discipline, strength, and a strong mindset both inside and outside the ring.
I believe boxing is more than just a sport — it is a way to improve physical fitness, mental toughness, and self-control. Throughout my journey, boxing has taught me valuable life lessons about hard work, consistency, and never giving up, and I want to pass those lessons on to my students.
I enjoy working with beginners as well as experienced athletes, creating training sessions that are supportive, motivating, and tailored to each student’s goals. Whether you want to improve fitness, learn self-defense, gain confidence, or compete seriously, I am committed to helping you reach your full potential step by step.
Teaching gives me the opportunity to inspire others and share the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years. Seeing my students grow stronger, healthier, and more confident is what motivates me every day as a coach.
