About Rahma
I’m Rahma — a certified nutritionist, founder of Flourish Vibe, and a woman who’s been through the journey herself. A few years ago, I felt stuck in my body. I tried random diets, felt guilty after meals, and didn’t feel like myself. But when I finally stopped following extreme rules and started understanding my own body and habits — everything changed. I lost over 15kg and gained something even better: confidence, energy, and peace with food. Today, I help other women do the same — through realistic, flexible nutrition coaching that fits real life. No cutting carbs. No food guilt. No shame. My approach is kind, practical, and personal. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your eating habits, or just feel more in control — I’ll guide you step by step with a plan that actually works for you. You don’t have to do this alone.
