Hey... I know what it feels like to stand in a room full of people and still feel invisible to yourself.
For a long time, I struggled with confidence and self-worth — quietly doubting my abilities, shrinking in spaces where I deserved to take up room, and measuring my value by everyone's standards but my own.
That inner journey — the slow, courageous work of coming back to myself — is what led me to coaching.
Not as a career choice, but as a calling. Today, I am a Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Life Coach, Graphotherapy Practitioner, and Hypnotherapy & Self-Hypnosis Facilitator with training in Neuroscience-Based Coaching and over 10 years of experience walking alongside professionals and entrepreneurs as they step into the most aligned, confident, and purposeful version of themselves.
