I am a certified Meditation & Holistic Counselor with hands-on experience in guiding individuals toward inner peace, emotional balance, and stress relief through healing meditation practices. I have worked closely with people in both personal and supportive settings, helping them manage anxiety, overthinking, and emotional challenges.
My approach is calm, professional, and focused on creating a safe and supportive space for healing. I believe in simple yet powerful techniques like guided meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness to bring real positive change.

My teaching approach is calm, simple, and focused on healing meditation and inner balance. I use guided meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to reduce stress and bring peace. Lessons are usually 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on your needs. I am a certified Meditation & Holistic Counsellor with practical experience guiding people in real-life situations. My sessions are for beginners and advanced learners of all ages who want relaxation, emotional healing, and a peaceful mind.
