About Charlene
My passion is helping people grow in confidence and reach their potential. My background in student support, mentoring, wellbeing, and coaching has given me extensive experience working with young people, students, and individuals navigating personal and academic challenges.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and seeing people gain confidence in themselves. I understand that learning can feel overwhelming at times, especially when balancing studies, work, family life, or personal pressures. I want to create a positive and encouraging environment where people feel supported, understood, and capable of achieving their goals.
I am particularly passionate about empowering students, young people, and mums to believe in their abilities, develop practical skills, and build confidence that extends beyond education. Teaching allows me to make a meaningful difference by helping people overcome barriers, stay motivated, and recognise their strengths.

My approach is personalised, supportive, and focused on helping each individual build confidence, clarity, and practical strategies for success. I understand that everyone’s circumstances, challenges, and goals are different, so I create a safe and encouraging space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
For young people and students, I focus on building confidence, motivation, organisation, and resilience. I help them develop practical study skills, manage stress, improve time management, and overcome self-doubt so they can reach their academic and personal goals. I use a patient and encouraging approach, breaking challenges into manageable steps to help them feel less overwhelmed and more capable.
For mums, particularly those balancing studies, work, or career changes alongside family life, I provide realistic and compassionate support. I understand the pressures of juggling multiple responsibilities and help clients create achievable routines, improve mindset, regain clarity, and prioritise their wellbeing without guilt.
Within life coaching, my focus is on helping people gain clarity, identify goals, build self-belief, and create sustainable habits that align with the life they want. I combine encouragement with practical action plans, accountability, and reflective conversations to help clients move forward confidently.
My overall coaching style is warm, non-judgemental, motivating, and solution-focused. I aim to help people not only achieve short-term goals, but also develop long-term confidence, independence, and self-awareness.
