MY BACKGROUND:
Certified as a Life Coach, Transformation and Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach.
Senior Business Consultant for the Ontario Government - recipient of the highest award for an Innovative Service Delivery Project (2024).
Martial Arts Practitioner & Coach (over 20 years) - Kickboxing & MMA Competitor, Provincial Sport Jiu-Jitsu champion, multiple Black Belts.
Certified Fitness Consultant - assessing fitness levels & prescribing exercise programs.
Human Resources Professional - specializing in Workforce Planning; designing and delivering Learning & Development programs, certified in personality assessment tool (DiSC).
Career Coaching - coaching graduate, co-op students and international interns for entering the workplace, resume writing/interviewing skills for government careers. Placed IT interns within the Ontario Government for career opportunities that led to full-time employment.
Lead trainer to junior and senior staff within various business units to produce high-performance results on various initiatives.
Experience in different fields including Coaching, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Analysis and Digital Strategies for IT initiatives.

I have successful experience being able to pinpoint for individuals where they are on the transformation and change journey, assess what is missing that they may need to address (education, goal attainment, limiting beliefs etc.) and creating a tailored plan with them to take the next steps intentionally in the desired direction. I can help check your blind spots before switching lanes on the highway of life change.
I have experience in various leadership & coaching roles throughout my life, accumulating knowledge and skills that has given me the opportunity to learn how to navigate change, empower, educate and train individuals for success while they are transforming within.
