I am a certified hypnotherapist and holistic practitioner with a strong professional background in English teaching and training teachers. I have spent many years supporting learners, developing clear communication skills and delivering structured, effective teaching. Lessons are structured, hands-on and easy to follow. I teach core hypnotherapy, meditation, relaxation and reflexology skills, helping you build confidence and real techniques you can use for personal or professional growth.
