About Arshu

I am a passionate fitness coach dedicated to helping people improve their strength, build muscle, lose body fat, and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Through my experience in gym coaching and martial arts, I have developed a practical approach to fitness that focuses on proper technique, consistency, discipline, and continuous improvement.

I enjoy working with people at different fitness levels, especially beginners who need guidance and motivation to start their fitness journey. I believe every individual has different goals, abilities, and challenges, so I aim to provide guidance that suits each person's needs.

My coaching philosophy is simple: train smart, stay consistent, and trust the process. I want to help my students become stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.

About the lesson

My fitness classes are designed to help you build muscle, lose body fat, improve strength, and develop a healthier lifestyle.

I provide personalised workout plans based on your fitness goals, experience, and current fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or someone who already trains regularly, I will guide you step by step with proper exercise techniques, structured training, and consistent progress tracking.

My coaching focuses on strength training, muscle building, fat loss, general fitness, and body conditioning. I also have a background in martial arts, which supports my approach to fitness and conditioning.

My goal is to help every student become stronger, more confident, and consistent with training. Every session is focused on learning, improving, and making progress at your own pace.
