About Peter
I am an actor, hatha yoga teacher and breath coach. I trained in London with YMCAfit and YogaBody. Currently teaching privately online and in person at MyRooh Fitness Blaydon. I teach using a mixture of ancient practice and modern day fitness principles to guide people in their goals. More energy, less stress, better sleep, relaxation, improved performance, it's all possible with the breath. Simple, safe with immediate results.

The breath coaching always begins with a free 20 minute discovery session. We cover the basic principles of the breathing practice. Chat about your personal health goals, habits and lifestyle and of course I'll lead you on a practice. This is to see if this is for you. From there we'll book a 1 month course. 4 classes, 1 per week. Introducing breathing practices from Yoga, scientific principles behind them, working towards your personalised goals. Teaching healthy breathing habits and giving you positive coping tools to regulate your nervous system, manage stress, energy, digestion and sleep.
