About Pedro
I’m a former Brazilian youth footballer with experience at top clubs such as Cruzeiro, Atlético Mineiro, and América Mineiro. I’m certified by PFSA, FC Barcelona and CONMEBOL as a Tactical and Performance Analyst and hold additional qualifications in Talent Identification from both the PFSA and The FA.
As part of the PFSA Scouting Network, I focus on tactical and performance analysis, a role that has given me the opportunity to work with first teams in the EFL Championship.

About the lesson

My lessons run for 1–2 hours and are tailored to each student.
For players, I focus on 1-to-1 on-field training to apply tactical concepts directly in practice. I also offer tactical understanding, positional demands, video analysis, and performance improvement. Academy players also get insight into what scouts look for and how to meet those expectations.
For coaches and analysts, sessions cover advanced tactical systems, match analysis, and talent ID methods used at the professional level.
All sessions are personalised to your goals, experience, and skill level.
