About Ariadni
I have two years of experience in teaching and have organized choreographies for 4 plays. I have been teaching ballet in grades 1 to intermediate (RAD system). I always make sure that my students understand each movement and the names of them. I make sure to repeat with patience and explain calmly all the questions. My main focus is the technique and the strength, once those are obtained we can practice on choreographies.

I have been practicing with patience dance (12yrs ballet, 5yrs contemporary and jazz, 3yrs of Latin dances, 8 years of Greek folklore) for 12 years and I have been teaching for two years. I am calm, easygoing and I can teach in English or Greek.
In ballet we start from stretching, then we move to barre exercises, a bit more stretching and empowering exercises and then we move to exercises in the center.
In the other dances we focus on technique, steps and musicality and rhythm
