About Shagun
My journey into Ayurvedic maternal coaching began not with professional aspirations, but through my own profound struggle with motherhood. When I became a mother, the experience was nothing like the blissful narratives I'd been told to expect. Instead, I felt deeply detached from this new role, questioning my identity and purpose amid the overwhelming demands of caring for another life. This disconnection led me to an existential crossroads where I had to completely reevaluate my values and understanding of what motherhood meant for me. Through ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, I slowly discovered pathways back to myself—not by conforming to societal expectations, but by honoring my authentic experience and constitutional nature. The transformation was gradual but profound. I learned to create sacred boundaries, reconnect with my intuitive knowing, and build nurturing rituals that supported both my well-being and my relationship with my child. This personal journey through the shadows of maternal detachment into a more authentic, grounded motherhood is what fuels my passion for supporting other mothers today. I now help women navigate this sacred yet often challenging transformation called Matrescence with the same compassionate, non-judgmental approach that healed my own maternal journey. My greatest fulfillment comes from witnessing mothers reclaim their wholeness while discovering their unique path through this life-changing threshold.

My approach blends ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern matrescence coaching to support mothers through their sacred transformation journey. Each session begins with a personalized dosha assessment to understand your unique constitution and current imbalances.
Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and follow a heart-centered methodology that combines practical Ayurvedic practices with compassionate inquiry. We explore emotional patterns, physical wellbeing, and spiritual connection through gentle conversation and embodied practices.
I offer both one-on-one sessions and 6-week Sacred Womb and Saadhana Circle programs. Individual sessions provide tailored support for your specific challenges, while circle programs create a nurturing container for deeper transformation within community.
My background includes extensive training in Ayurvedic principles, specializing in maternal wellbeing across all stages - from preparation for motherhood through postpartum and beyond. I focus particularly on helping mothers reconnect with their intuitive wisdom and establish sustainable self-care rituals.
These services are designed for women who are feeling disconnected from themselves amid motherhood demands, seeking deeper meaning in their maternal journey, or experiencing physical and emotional depletion that conventional approaches haven't addressed.
