Drawing on my experiences in travel, hobbies like singing/reciting, and cultural learning, I integrate:
• Cultural Contextualization: Use travel stories (e.g., Forbidden City, Suzhou Gardens) as vivid cases to teach vocabulary/culture.
• Rhythmic & Sensory Methods: Blend swimming - cultivated rhythm into tone teaching; use singing/reciting to emphasize pronunciation and literary beauty.
• Experiential Learning: Teach Chinese through cooking (explaining ingredients, methods, and culinary culture) and hands - on cultural activities (paper - cutting references).
2、Lesson Structure
A typical lesson lasts 50–60 minutes, balancing:
• 10 mins: Warm - up (singing a Chinese song, sharing a cultural fact).
• 30– mins: Core content (grammar, vocabulary, tailored to needs: daily communication/business Chinese/writing).
• 10-20 mins: Practice (role - plays, discussions, or cultural activity - related tasks like “design a Chinese menu” for cooking - linked lessons).
3、Qualifications & Experience
• Credentials: Hold an Advanced International Chinese Teacher Certificate; skilled in traditional crafts (paper - cutting, weaving) and cross - cultural communication (10 - year experience in New Zealand, helping overseas students).
• Adaptability: Lessons suit all levels (beginners to advanced) and ages (kids to adults). Whether for daily chat, business, or academic writing, I customize plans based on learners’ goals.
