My name is Jonathan Aragón. I am 30 years old. I am from the area of Bernal Oeste (Quilmes). About the lesson

The training method can vary according to the client or athlete
starting with circuit training for time or quantities. Combining with aerobox exercises , cardio , musculature , hit among others . Classes last one hour with 15 hours of warm-up and 45 hours of intense training !!
