About Isaac

Hey there! I fell in love with cello when I was in second grade, but music has always been part of my life. I began piano under my mother when I was about 6 years old, and I attained my musical foundation from that. After hearing Yo-Yo Ma play as a young boy, I knew I had to take up cello as well, and a more formal education began. Through private lessons and community orchestra, I have become a proficient cellist with a solid theoretical foundation as well. I love all sorts of music, and am delighted by playing and teaching cello!

Isaac has been a great tutor to me and helped boost my SAT math score and start excelling in my math courses. I was able to do well in AP Calculus with his help and he really brought me to love math. He's patient, entertaining, and dedicated to teaching, and the lessons fly by.
