About Bellamy
My teachers were very tough and old school, they left us to figure things out when it came to our mental health, it left so many dancers burnt out and quitting before even having careers.
Teaching both the physical and also navigating what happens to us mentally is something I take pride in. Not being in a safe place where allowing yourself to fall and get up with no toxic kickback is key. The only way to achieve the consistency is all in the mind, learning when to push and when to pull back.
Nurturing is very important because it builds well rounded people and not machines.

Using both traditional pedagogy and my own form of attention to detail, my lessons are catered for each individual. One of my teachers taught me how to use my body properly, that’s what I teach and share with student. The balance between knowing when to push mentally to achieve a result the body will always remember, along with building a solid force physically are what I base classes in.
The stamina you need mentally and quality of work is really what sets you apart from other dancers.
