About Freya
Hi everyone,
My name's Freya and I've just completed my first year studying French and German at Cambridge University.
During my time at sixth form I tutored 4 students and taught weekly GCSE French classes and therefore have prior experience in tutoring.
I received A*A*A* in my A levels and would be very keen to tutor anyone who would like to improve their French or German language skills.

My teaching method is based on small group/individual students up to A level standard. In these individual sessions I would aim to help each student to improve what they find difficult. Because languages can often seem quite daunting, I would also aim to generally help to improve the pupil's confidence in their language ability. By incorporating both what the student finds difficult and other linguistic areas which typically pose challenges (grammar, speaking etc.), I would do my best to help the student improve in a low stress environment. I have experience tutoring year 8, year 11, year 12 and year 13 students but would be happy to tutor anyone who would like to improve their French.
