About Madalyn
Solving complex problems requires 13 years of teaching practice to truly simplify. I spent many long afternoons guiding students through the intricacies of exams where the tension is high and the margin for error is low. My background includes a MSc Applied Mathematics from Stanford University which grounds my teaching in precise logic.
You might find that my approach is quite methodical because I prefer to build up your skills piece by piece rather than rushing through the material. It has been a pleasure to support so many learners in finding their footing over the years. I am genuinely happy to help you start this journey.

You will notice that we focus heavily on the mechanics of implicit differentiation and u-substitution during our time together. My strategy involves breaking down integrals and the applications of derivatives until the logic feels like second nature to your mind.
We also spend significant time on definite integrals and various differentiation rules to ensure you are ready for any curveball an exam might throw at you. I bring 10.0 years of focused exam technique coaching to every interaction we have.
